Stayed 4 nights to attend the SuperBowl. Although the rooms are a little dated I found the beds to be comfortable, the bathroom to be very clean with great hot water pressure. There’s a mini fridge and microwave along with a Keurig machine in the unit and another in the lobby. Plenty of cups and Kcup pods to use. The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. There are several fast food options within walking distance and a small mini mall less than a 15 minute walk away with some awesome breakfast places, drug store, and Supermarket. Package store was a 10 minute walk. There’s an awesome mall area 2.2 miles away with high end shopping and awesome restaurants. The Uber ride was approximately $8.00. If staying in the Santa Clara / San Jose area again I would definitely stay here.

Stayed at this hotel 4 nights for the Superbowl. Only about 12 miles from stadium. The place is a little dated but I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and Bathroom was very clean with awesome Hot water pressure. Front desk people were terrific and accommodating. There are several places to eat within a 15 minute walk and also a grocery store and CVS. No need for a rental car because there are plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers around.

The staff here is so great / I came in late because of road closures and they refunded my first night. It’s quaint, it’s clean and the price is great. It’s nice to see real wood, real marble in the rooms. See you next year!!! We stay here every Christmas.

The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. There was a power outage on Christmas Eve and my 75 year old sister in law was unable to check in because of the late hour. She did stay the night of the 25th and it was a very nice room. Very clean! But hats off to the man at the front desk. He was amazing.

Room clean. Staff courteous. First room they put in reeked of cigar smoke, but they were willing to give me another room. Very little amenities. No free breakfast. Not in a good location for walk to stores or eating establishments. Price reasonable for a high priced area.

Very nice and helpful staff. Despite mixed information on Google, this hotel DOES NOT serve breakfast. If you stay, you will want to ask for a room not facing the street if possible due to traffic noise. Parking is an additional $10 a day to park in their garage.The hotel is very clean. The rooms are dated back to the opening of the hotel's era but very clean. The bathroom is modern at least in our room. The plus is they have both a microwave and refrigerator in their rooms. You will want to check out the Kuerig coffee maker before using. Ours we did not use as had previous water in it. One of the least expensive hotels in the area. They have a Jack in the Box directly across the street and next to the hotel, in short walking distance a Weinerschnitzel and Foster Freeze. Wheelchair access available by using elevator in the garage. Not sure if access through the front door.
