My whole family stayed. Three kids and two adults. There are three bedrooms with a king and one queen in the other and two twins in the third. It’s advertised as having only two bedrooms and a loft, but the loft really is a 3 bedroom with a closed off door. the house was immaculate, new, and larger than I thought. They had Wi-Fi and even a printer set up. It had two TVs one TV in the loft/bedroom and one in the king bedroom with all streaming services. Already set up with accounts already in them for people to watch, which was awesome. A single car garage, that we didn’t end up using. Sunny parking for two cars on the outside. Washer and dryer brand new in the garage. All the appliances were brand new. And it had plenty of towels, linens, pillows, comforters, everything you need. Plus an additional foldaway bed. So really seven people could stay there. It says it’s used allowed for pets, but it didn’t smell like pets, or look like pets or no for anything so I could even tell that pets have been there. it’s in a little small quiet, senior citizen community up on the hill. It’s about five minute drive to Moonstone Beach and downtown Cambria. It’s absolutely beautiful tucked up in there on the hill with the trees. It was perfect. Other things of change would be there was no dishwasher detergent, so we just have to wash your dishes with hot water. There’s no TV on the main level so watch movies is a family was a little bit difficult. And towards anniversary day we started to see ants but that’s kind of normal for that area and we only saw like five or six. Overall, it was a fantastic house and I would stay there multiple times I would stay there again and I’ve seen lots of VRBO‘s, and this is one of the best. The check-in was easy to check out was easy they just provided a code for the front door. the Wi-Fi was fast. The price was affordable and the property management checked in quite a bit although I did have a question about linens that they never answered but besides that the communication is good. two full bathrooms and a half bathroom on the main level with tubs. Awesome deck in the back with a well landscaped little backyard. That’s not talked into the trees. The front is well manicured and good looking house.
