Rooms were filthy and disgusting. Mold in bathrooms. Dirty linen on sofa bed (food debris and stains, crumbs and hair) Used soap left on kitchen counter. Hairs on bathroom floor. Moved us to the signature side which in supervisors words is “ much nicer and newly renovated”. Was asked to move rooms at 11:00pm with no other compensation for the first terrible night. “Newly renovated” room nothing more than a new wall paper, modern bathroom fixtures, and a stand up shower. Dusty, smell of smoke.

Our room was filthy when we arrived. When we complained and got a different room, the new room provided was dirty. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were exhausted at this point (it was around 1 a.m. when we arrived and settled due to our flight) we would have complained again.

Stay was alright. Staff were slightly rude and not knowledgeable. Wifi didn’t work. Tried to call the front desk and in house phone didn’t have a direct line. Had to use my cell phone to call the hotel. When asking about the wifi they said it wasn’t working and had to use a code. Tried to take a shower and the knob came right off and couldn’t be turned. We had a flight very early and asked maintenance to not come. We were not offered a discount or a free change of room.

Would not stay here again. From check in to check out, it was just a poor time. At check in, the receptionist, he didn't tell me anything about the hotel, nothing about check in or out, gave me the wrong guest paperwork to sign, nothing about the pool, just acted like I was annoying him. In our hotel room, the room was stained with pet stains. There was a loud clucking noise happening from the pipes. The water did not get hot in the shower and didn't even get warm from the tap. The blankets also had a weird sticky feeling to them as if they weren't properly washed. Housekeeping came by around 10am one day, hardly knocked and tried to come in, the knocking sounded like a light tapping,no call out, didn't realize someone was coming in until the door was being opened. Only 2 flavors of tea available as well. The boot brush outside the hotel was broken. Also had to ask for my invoice to be sent to me days after checking out (still haven't received it). For what I paid for my stay, I'm extremely disappointed. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone to stay at this location for the price they want you to pay. If it was under $100 a night, the quality would make sense. Will be reaching out to Sandman directly as well to explain my situation.

Check in could’ve been smoother. The lines were too long and the staffing could’ve been improved as there were check in desks that were empty. Overall though the hotel was clean, comfortable, and worth the price!
