Disliked: Cleanliness
Attempted to contact the Vrbo owner but was unable to reach her. Located her on Facebook, where she stated that she is no longer employed by the owners. Guests had traveled 3.5 and 5 hours, respectively, to experience Cajun living, only to be informed that we did not have access to the houseboat. After contacting Vrbo and recovering the full payment, we still had to find alternative accommodations. Not a good experience with Cypress Cove Adventures. Thank you Vrbo for taking care of us in our dumpster dilemma!
