    Grosse arnaque

    - Ce rez-de-jardin est intégré dans une villa totalement indépendante (la propriétaire est au dessus !) - cette location n'est absolument pas accessible en fauteuil roulant => Séjour impossible, on a du rebrousser chemin :-) - il n'y a pas de parking : se garer dans la rue. => annonce totalement mensongère, en espérant qu'ABRITEL réagira !

    Sehr hellhörige Wohnung im Halbsouterrain

    Jeden Morgen wurden wir zwischen 7 und halb 8 durch lautes Kindergetrappel und Kindergeschrei geweckt, Abends fanden öfter Familienfeiern bis spät in die Nacht statt. Dazu muss man sagen, dass unsere Vermieterin die Etage über uns nutzte und die Decken unserer Wohnung absolut hellhörig waren, sodass man quasi jedes Wort und jedes Stuhlrücken hören konnte. Dieses Manko ist der Vermieterin bekannt und trotz dessen beaufsichtigt sie vormittags eine kindergartengroße Gruppe von Kindern und abends lässt sie Familienfeiern bis spät in die Nacht zu. An ausreichend Schlaf war für uns nicht zu denken. Der in der Beschreibung so angepriesene Gasgrill, war zuerst leer und dann mussten wir feststellen, dass dieser über sehr lange Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt wurde und total verdreckt war. Um diesen überhaupt verwenden zu können, mussten wir erst einmal eine Grundreinigung vornehmen. Zudem wurden wir einige Male durch unangekündigte Besuche von Handwerkern und Gärtnern überrascht, die über unseren Tail des Grundstücks auf die Seite der Vermieterin wollten. Ebenso wurden wir durch unsere Vermieterin überrascht, die unangekündigt und ohne zu Klopfen in unsere Wohnung kam. Positiv zu erwähnen wäre, dass die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet ist, gut ausgestattet ist und sauber war.

    Maison magnifique et idéalement située :)

    Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison atypique et qui nous a de suite conquis ! En plus, elle est ultra équipée, nous y avons à disposition tout ce qu'il faut. Et surtout elle est idéalement située à 2 pas de la plage et du centre ville. En conclusion, une maison idéale pour passer quelques jours à Cabourg.

    Excellent emplacement. Habitation très agréable et très bien équipée. Tout y est. Peut être un lit un peu plus large pour la chambre que j’occupais à savoir celle proche de la cuisine si toutefois je devais faire un plus long séjour. Non vraiment rien à dire.

    Nous avons passé un excellent week end avec enfants et petits enfants Très confortable, tout est prevu les enfants ont apprécié les jeux, les livres....nous reviendrons dès que nous pourrons.
