Ótima localização
O proprietário do imóvel desde o início até os trâmites final da locação foi muito prestativo.
O imóvel precisa de alguns ajustes, mas não é nada que atrapalhe de fato a estádia, mesmo pq ninguém vai pra praia pra ficar dentro de ksa.
O condomínio em si é bom ,a piscina,quadra e área de churrasco são ótimos.
Mas um diferencial nesse condomínio sendo que já aluguei outrora com outro proprietário é a atenção, disponibilidade e gentileza dos zeladores , merecem nota 10! Fizeram além do que lhes cabiam!!! Voltaremos mais vezes.

O imóvel não estava limpo, pano de copa em péssima condição (nojento), o dia que choveu molhou a sala, cozinha, muitas goteiras e infiltrações, quebrou a descarga, os ventiladores em estado ruim. A piscina do condomínio suja, só foi limpa 1 dia no final de semana.

Bom custo benefício.
Quanto a localização, é um pouco distande da praia mas da pra ir andando. O apartamento é o que esta nas fotos, sendo o condomínio o ponto forte da acomodação. O propietário sr: Carlos é solícito e gente boa, tivemos alguns contra tempos e o mesmo se mostrou sempre muito prestatitivo. Voltaríamos com certeza
