Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has additional rotating parking, which allows us to accommodate up to 3 vehicles, with 2 in the house garage and 1 in the condominium parking lot;

Private charcoal barbecue area, swimming pool, and gas-powered steam sauna;

Living and dining room with integrated TV;

Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils;

There are 4 air-conditioned suites that can accommodate up to 12 guests, configured as follows:

Suite 1 - Ground floor - Double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe;

Suite 2 - Ground floor - Double bed + 2 extra single mattresses;

Suite 3 - Upper floor - Double bed + 1 extra single mattress;

Suite 4 - Upper floor - 2 single beds;

*The cleaning fee covers cleaning prior to check-in, bed linens, and laundry service for bedding;

*If requested, we can recommend excellent housekeepers to prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also suggest grill masters if you need these extra services during your stay;
