Schönes kleines Ferienreihenhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Kommunikation mit Vermittlung und Hausverwaltung vor Ort lief top! Haben noch nie bei Ankunft ein SO sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden, hierfĂŒr 1000 Dank an das Verwalterteam !!!BezĂŒglich der Betten ist zu sagen, dass die Matratzen fĂŒr uns so gut waren, dass wir diese auch fĂŒr daheim anschaffen werden.Die Lage des Hauses im Ort / im Park ist super, ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen, ohne Durchgangsverkehr. ParkplĂ€tze befinden sich ggĂŒ. des Hauses auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zu Fuß ist der Marketdome bzw. die Parkmitte in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, der Deich in max. 10 Minuten. Internet ist im Haus vorhanden, reicht fĂŒr WA, nicht aber fĂŒr Streaming, langt aber. Das Ferienhaus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, sei es zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto. Ja, wir wĂŒrden wieder buchen!

Wir waren Anfang August in den Sommerferien als Familie in Tossen. Schöne Unterkunft mit netten Kontakt im Vorfeld. Auch bei dem etwas verregneten Sommer diese Jahr ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr kleinere StĂ€dtetripps z.B. nach Bremerhafen gewesen.

Familienurlaub zu dritt

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage.Durch die zentrale Lage zwischen Bremerhaven und Wilhelmshaven hat man die Möglichkeit viele interessanteTagesausflĂŒge (Klimahaus, Zoo am Meer, Aquarium...) machen.

Kein zweites Mal

Die Kommunikation und die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe waren umstĂ€ndlich und die Hausverwaltung gelangweilt und unfreundlich. Die SchlafrĂ€ume haben keine Rollos (weder innen noch außen), sondern nur Gardinen, die zu weit entfernt von den Fenstern hĂ€ngen und somit fĂŒr kaum Verdunkelung sorgen. Der Sonnenschirm war nicht benutzbar, weil der StĂ€nder nicht dazu passte und auch noch defekt war. Die Bitte um eine mögliche Korrektur wurde komplett ignoriert.

Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Im Centerparcs GelĂ€nde ist kein Haus extra eingezĂ€unt, was an sich auch logisch wegen GĂ€rtnern ist. FĂŒr uns mit kleinen Kindern nur ungĂŒnstig, da hinterm Haus direkt ein Bach war, so also stĂ€ndiges HĂ€ndchenhalten beim Rausgehen. Das Treppenschutzgitter war Ă€lter und lies sich mit Kinderkraft öffnen. FĂŒr Menschen mit grösseren Kindern wĂ€re das natĂŒrlich kein Problem. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, genauso ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Einchecken war problemlos und im Vergleich zu den RegulĂ€rpreisen im Park war es ein SchnĂ€ppchen!

Das Haus liegt inmitten von viel GrĂŒn. Wunderbar. Zum Stadtzentrum und Deich nicht weit. Der Strand in Butjadingen ist sehr gut fĂŒr Kinder und Menschen mit körperlichen BeeintrĂ€chtigungen.

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Schöne HaushĂ€lfte, schöne Einrichtung und alles drin fĂŒr einen bequemen Aufenthalt. Ansonsten ein schönes ruhiges Örtchen wo man sehr gut entspannen kann.

Nicht Allergiker geeignet

Das HĂ€uschen sah auf dem ersten Blick sauber aus und man merkt dass es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Allerdings ist dieses Haus absolut nicht Allergiker geeignet, denn in den SchlafrĂ€umen befindet sich Teppichboden, der auch nur gesaugt aber nicht richtig gereinigt wird. Die Dusche ist nichts fĂŒr große oder adipöse Menschen. Wer Lust auf Silberfische und Ameisen hat, ist da genau richtig. Das sind aber meiner Meinung nach MĂ€ngel, die dem Großen und Ganzem nicht schaden. Da meine Tochter in dem Haus starke Allergie gehabt hat, kommt es fĂŒr uns nicht in Frage, könnte ich aber mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Ein Tipp an die Familie, mal die Reinigungsfirma zu wechseln.
