Cape View Forte is located in the Cape View Resort Busselton and is the perfect family getaway with full access to resort facilities.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday villa is situated on ground level, making it ideal for families with small children and/or guests who require mobility aids. For families, the addition of a high chair ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

Villa 40 is conveniently positioned near the entrance of Cape View Resort, just a short walk from the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, and a 10-minute drive to Busselton Jetty, the City Shopping, and the Food Precinct.

Guests will have access to all the resort facilities which include:
- Self contained accommodation with full kitchen and laundry facilities
- Wifi within the villa as well as free WiFi in public areas of the resort
- Outdoor pool and children's splash pool
- Sauna & Gym
- BBQ Area 30 metres away
- Two playgrounds

The villa is fully equipped with all linens and towels provided for the number of guests booked, along with tea and coffee facilities, a full kitchen, and laundry amenities. There is also undercover parking with space for two cars.

Great location but numerous problems with the accomodation

We recently stayed here in Jan 2025 and while the location is great —just a short walk to the beach—and communication with the property managers was prompt and professional, our experience was unfortunately impacted by numerous issues with the listing.The property was not as advertised listing a king bed and fans in all rooms both of which were not true.The Aircon runs at over 70db when in use making it very disruptive and impossible to use at night time.All the windows were locked (in the closed position except one in the kids bedroom that was locked open) resulting in limited fresh air.There was black mould in the ensuite (which was cleaned within 24 hrs of us reporting it)And the carpets and rugs in the bedrooms all felt dusty/musty.While the managers were communicative and resolved the fan issue (in a few days) and they cleaned the visible mould, the 15% refund provided feels inadequate. It does not fully account for the listing discrepancy, disruption, or the dissatisfaction that this property delivered.I would recommend future guests double-check details and resolution of these issues before booking.
