寝るだけのお客さんならコスパ良いホテルだと思います。

初日泊まった部屋が北向きでとても寒かったです。ヒーターが出たり勝手に止まったりした事で後で問い合わせしたところフロントで中央制御方式で弱くなっている事でした。なんか納得いかない事でした。羽布団も冬用じゃなくて春秋用の薄い布団で2泊の予定だった為毛布一枚を頼んみましたがありませんと、布団は15000ウォンの追加料金だと、ウォシュレッドも無くてとても不便でした。今だにホテルでウォシュレットが無いって、有り得ないんじゃないですか？寒くて殆ど寝れなかったので腹たち、キャンセルでもしたかったんですがどうせ当日キャンセルは損なので向かいの南向きの部屋に移すかなぁと思い、聞いたらそっちはスイートルームで追加料理がある事、仕方無しに追加料金を払って部屋を移しました、 広くて日差しがはいてヒーター無くてもとても暖かったです。こっちはウォシュレットもありました。当たり前の事だけどね。 最近はホテルのサービス的、アップグレードもよくしてくれるのに、一泊目、そんなに不愉快思いをしたにも関わらず、追加料金をしっかり取られた事はあんまり気持ち良く無かったです。 確かに最上階のスイートルームは広く海も良く見れるし値打ちあると思います。 正直、場所はラブホテル村の様な所でそんなに良い雰囲気はないですが値段が安いのでコスパの良いホテルだとは思います。全体的綺麗だし、本当に寝るだけのお客さんなら良いと思います。 スタッフさんの対応は悪く無いんですがマニュアル通りの感じです。 また泊まることは無いと思いますがスイートルームならまた泊まっても良いかなと思います。

A once grand hotel that’s starting to show its age a bit. The Presidential Suite was spacious but hadn’t had a deep clean in what seems like months (regular daily cleaning was fine.) Free minibar was a bit light on selection and was not refilled each day. Overall a good stay but it seems that there are two cleaning crews- one on their game, one not so much. Also, there’s major construction going on next door and they started at 7am every morning.
