Break in Bursa!

Great budget hotel. About 20 min walk from the old City. All the staff were very attentive and helped throughout my trip even with their limited English. The map in Hotels.com is slightly out so hotel staff sent whattsap of location. Hotel will park car on side street. Breakfast is basic but fresh. They will make omlette if asked. Air con was turned on/off centrally so just ring the reception and they will help with settings. Some really good local eateries nearby, as well as supermarket. It is best to get around old city by walking or taxi. 20 min drive to the Telefrik/ ski lifts. Great historic little City to enjoy local Turkish cuisine and culture!

Great service by the team

Great service and very good staff. Rooms a bit on the smaller side but great value for money. Parking is an issue during the week but the reception staff park it for you.

The hotel is far from Downtown Bursa, neighborhood was disappointing. Hotel was being newly renovated, and it was not even finished yet, lots of things were not working in it. Rooms were small, we had a family connecting room, it had a plywood installed that does not block any sound. parking was offsite and hard to find. Breakfast was the worst, cold eggs, some cheese, some ham and bad Turkish tea. Staff were sooo inexperienced an young, one of them even asked my sister about our religion which is highly unacceptable at a tourist institution. The guy who helped us with the bags stayed until we paid him. one of the staff was also underage as he told us so. Beds were so small that you cannot fit on them sleeping and you need to sleep on your side. Not recommended for anyone, find another hotel in a better location which at least can be close to public transportation.

Average experience, nice staff, great breakfast!

Good Economic option for Bursa, Although it is not within walking distance to main city hub, taxis are very cheap here so wasn't too much of an issue. The staff is very nice and did their best to accommodate any needs we had. However, the rooms did not seem to have received a once over before guests arrived. Missing flush panels in two rooms we stayed in, missing glass door in shower, the sheets on the bed are not attached whatsoever and will immediately move and expose the direct mattress, which I've never seen before in a hotel and I also read that in a different review. The breakfast on the terrace was surprisingly good. Overall an average experience with the nice staff making up for the other things, but I honestly would not recommend this place for a first time Turkey visitor.
