Pros: Clean, easy check-in, decent location. Management company rep was grudging but ultimately responsive when I requested another set of sheets so one of our teens could sleep on the sofa.
Cons: Not a lot of wiggle room - if you like some space to spread out your luggage and such, this isn't the place. The toilet is so close to the sink and tub that it is frankly uncomfortable to sit. There is a second toilet upstairs - but no sink. So if you're someone who needs to pee in the night, again, this isn't your place. The sheets are microfiber, which many people like but I do not. The window AC units work as they should, but they are loud when they kick on. There is no AC unit in the 2nd bedroom.
Nutshell: it's a clean, budget place at a luxury price. I would guess that the reviewers who give it more than 2 or 3 stars are a) traveling alone and b) more concerned with location than comfort or affordability. I wish we had spent the same amount of money on two hotel rooms.
