Except the employees were very friendly as well as house keeping, the hotel by itself is outdated noise comes from everywhere , rooms inside hotel are worst than rooms on street side, there is compressor for main AC grounding 24h non stop with open sky. Overall I requested a quite room and was approved by reservation management, once on site it was big disappointment, I had to change the room 3 times, adding earplugs to sleep . They lied to me. Not recommended 😕.

convenient location, friendly staff, clean place. We stayed with family. They gave us a early check-in as we arrived early. Breakfast option is limited, no options to order food, but was reasonable. Rooms are small. 5min walk to shopping place, La Florida and dinner options. Overall a very good hotel if you are not looking for a luxurious option.

I do have positive and negative things about my stay in this property. Let's proceed with what I believe was good, it is well located, close to the turistic area, staff was attentive and helpful, we arrived earlier than the check-in time and without any problem our luggages were storage in a safety area, the room, bathroom were clean, price was acceptable for the actual condition of the hotel, floors are excellent, can't hear steps from top floor, good soundproofing, it is very quiet. Negative input, the hotel is outdated needs some handyman touches and needs to change those old furnitures, draperies and would be nice if property gets painted, breakfast was continental and the guy in the dinning area worked hard to keep trays full and clean. I am not sure if i will ever come back to BA I will go back again here but just for one night was not bad at all.

Great hotel and location. The only minor things that we issues the beds were outdated and small. Their are no English speaking TV channels. Front desk was very helpful and exchanged currency for us.

The staff was not helpful. I was asked not to move two tables together so our whole party could fit at breakfast, not to work where people have breakfast, a big deal was made beacause I needed to store milk for my baby in the fridge (there are no fridges in the room). Not willing to go one step further to help the guest. Customer service is terrible, except for the guys that serve breakfast. They were really nice (not the person that is in charge of the kitchen, this person was also bad, shouting out loud that they couldn't store the milk in the fridge). Not recommended.

A good location for restaurants at night.

I liked the location -- near several restaurantes and the metro station. The lobby was nice-- ease of waiting for your taxi/driver when waiting for a tour. It was a tad far from sites but I was okay with it some people may think it was far. The breakfast was not to my liking -- more European flare, no eggs even hard boiled. The fruit was okay. A nice variety of pastries . The orange juice tasted watered down.

Great convenient property close to the main center. The staff are extremely helpful. The streets outside is a bit shady. My biggest complaint is the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, understaffed, and not enough variety for breakfast. We had to go out and eat proper breakfast. I would definitely stay again here, just skip the breakfast.
