The apartment has three bedrooms, two are equipped with comfortable single beds that can be joined into a double, as well as two sofa beds in the living room to accommodate more guests. In addition, it has a full bathroom and an additional toilet for greater comfort.

The air conditioning will allow you to keep the apartment cool on hot summer days, while the built-in laundry room will allow you to wash your clothes without having to leave the apartment.

One of the best features of this apartment is its beautiful terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying an outdoor dinner in the company of your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the high-speed internet will keep you connected throughout your stay.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
