A beautiful boutique hotel in the Retiro central quarter of Buenos Aires. Very walkable to many other destinations and the hotel itself is absolutely lovely. It pays to ask for a junior suite otherwise the other rooms are too small and have no views

We loved the location and corner rooms. The staff was exceptional. The only negatives were small shower stalls and some showers had a slippery step up before exiting. Also the shampoo, cream rinse, and body gel bottles were impossible to pump. We had to remove the tops to use them. There are few choices in this lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood, and this hotel is a good one.

We had an AC leak in our room, floors were carpet, closet door hinges were loose, shower was tiny/narrow, laundry wasn’t given on time, spa/pool wasn’t nice at all…very cramped.
