We stayed at this locations for several weeks, and while we enjoyed the South Main neighborhood and proximity to the river, we had lots of issues with the management company and owners that made our visit unenjoyable and left us with the feeling of being unwelcome: 1. This is a triplex, not an ‘Entire Place’ as listed. With that, the poor construction of the levels means noise travels through it, despite “walking on egg shells” during morning and evening hours we were getting regular complaints of being too noisy and the threat of reporting us to VRBO for our noise levels when “using the stairs”.2. Construction next door: this wasn’t mentioned before renting and meant we regularly had to move our cars and also put up with loud music from the various construction crews working next door.3. Owners come to stay and keep an eye on you. We received a strange note on the door one evening informing us to ‘Not hang the hummingbird feeder on the outside of the property’ it was signed “-The owners”.Little did we know they were staying on the property, keeping an eye on things. The hummingbird feeder had been hanging there when we arrived.4. B communication: The management company seems to be partly an AI response system which was super responsive but then little to no action would be taken. For example, the fridge water filter was out & a fan was not working but it took over a week for the issue to be addressed. The day we were set to checkout the internet was turned off...
