The stay was okay not the best booked queen bed and got given small double then we asked to move rooms to bigger bed they moved us then we went to new room witch had queen bed but had a small double blanket so we asked for another blanket and they give it to us but said you can make it your self and also it says luxury bedding definitely wasn’t poor quality the hotel was really hot and ac didn’t work it was very loud from other people staying and partying in room so we rang reception to ask them to speak to them so we went back to bed 10 minutes later the receptionist knocked the door and told us no one was making noise why did we ring very un professional we understand they can’t help people parting but other hotels I’ve stayed they have sorted the problem straight away

Ideally located in old town. Room was small but adequate. Shower was very temperamental, water temperature changed without adjusting the setting numerous times. Thin walls, was woken by noisily coming back to their room.

The hotel was in a central location in the Old Town, although well connected to public transport. The rooms, although small were well appointed, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good in the restaurant below the hotel.

It’s a great location on the edge of the old town and does look a little run down though feels safe. It’s a lovely hotel in itself though we stayed for five nights and every single night we were disturbed until midnight at least by what sounded like tables scraping across the floor nearby ? In the hotel itself or a neighbouring property. It sounded like it was in the hotel and was dreadful trying to sleep.

Sadly we had only 1 double bed a single a a sofa bed. We were under the impression that there was 2 double beds and a sofa bed. As a group of 5 ladies we found it a challenge for 2 mature ladies to spend 4 night sleeping together on the sofa bed as it dipowd in the middle. We were expecting it to accommodate just 1 adult. Staff were lovely. We only had 4 towels one evening when we returned one e evening and when adked were told there were not any available. So a hand towel it was that night for a shower. Location is great for visiting Bucharest and the old town has lots of great bars and restaurants. We requested if a kettle was available as only coffee machine in room and were promptly goven a kettle. AC worked well and 2 x shower rooms were compact but fine for a 4 night stay. Overall if you just want a cheap base to put ur head down at night this hotel tocks all the boxes. WIFI worked well in the room.

Amazing hospitality! Staff went above and beyond. Great area of Old Town, everything was accessible but it wasn’t in the middle of the bars and clubs so it was quiet at night.

The staff was so incredibly helpful. I wish I had gotten the main young lady’s name but she went out of her way to help us. We were there for a wedding and didn’t have a card, she happened to have one in her personal belongings that she gave us. We were also going to other parts of the country and coming back to fly out of Bucharest and she allowed me to leave my luggage there for four days! I was blown away by the hospitality!

The hotel advertises wifi in all of the rooms but as soon as we got to our room the wifi disappears. I went and asked at reception and he just said some of the rooms don’t have wifi which is ridiculous. It is also advertised as having wifi in all rooms. There’s also a lot of stairs in between the lifts including a big staircase to get to reception and the lift which is inconvenient. There was also a lot of drilling and noise throughout the day. Room is cramped.
