Great views and very spacious.

An older but well equipped house with amazing views of the Smokies and the lake. Very spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all you need. There were some communication issues. They responded well on Saturday when we needed to make sure we were at the right location but Sunday am when I called about plumbing issues I haven’t heard anything back yet and it’s been almost a week. There were sewage issues which I called and emailed them about that prevented us from showering and staying longer. I emailed them once again and whoever responded said they would email back about a resolution. That did not happen. I wish it had. Our group loved the area and would possibly rent again had it not been for that.

Beautiful Cabin; Sketchy Road

This was an emergency replacement to our original rental due to flooding. This cabin was absolutely beautiful and the views could not be beat on the Fontana Lake. The road is likely not passable with low-lying cars because it is natural & steep. We had a truck so it was not an issue and we were told ahead of time about the road, but renters should know this going in. The average car would not do well at all on this road. The amenities were great and the kitchen was fully stocked

Nice Getaway

The kids would have liked another day or two at the house. The veiws were spectacular and provided some quite time away from the fast pace of city life. We will concider coming back again.

Amazing Get-Away

We loved the feel of the home as well as the amazing over look deck out back. Our teens had a good time as well and were actually off their phones enjoying the nature out back. Already thinking heading back with our BIL's family.

Close proximity to Bryson City and national park. Very comfortable accommodations for party of six. Excellent view of the Oct leaf colors. We will come back.

Fantastic View

Highly impressed with the property. Under the right weather conditions, the sunrise is spectacular. Location was perfect for what we were seeking. Wifi was reliable, cell service not so much. Had one issue with the automatic door lock which was resolved in 5 minutes. Must take a point off for cleanliness due to the somewhat expected mouse droppings and smell in the gameroom. King and Queen beds are comfortable; bunk beds use at your own risk since the tops are ready to fall apart. Overall, I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this property.

A wonderful Christmas stay!

We visited for 2 nights with plans for the Polar Express and it was a wonderful stay! 5 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs fit comfortably and you CANNOT beat the view. It was some of the coldest days of the year (wind chill below zero) so our plans to visit downtown Bryson City for the afternoon we’re squashed. Instead we stayed at the cabin and watched movies and played board games. The kids loved the toys available at the house as well. We all had a great time. Given the temps, the pipes in one of the bathrooms froze leaving one toilet, sink, and shower unusable but the owner was very communicative and helpful and nothing they could have prevented! One caveat is that there is NOT a conventional oven. There’s a convection microwave and large toaster oven/air fryer combo but we had a large roast that wouldn’t fit in either. We got creative and made it work, but just a heads up for future guests. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in that area in the future!

Very nice place to stay! Beautiful views (if there’s no fog). Hot tub was spectacular, especially on the chilly nights! Plenty of space, but the twin bedroom was smaller than I had anticipated. Also for anyone that this information might help… the cabin is located right outside of a DUI checkpoint when a holiday is upon us. Also the mattresses are very stiff but it is what you make of it. I love this cabin and definitely plan on coming back!

Tsali Sunrise is a gem.

This is a very special place. The view and outdoor seating for that are fantastic; the layout of the rooms is ideal for flexible family sleeping arrangements (one bedroom a few steps up that was extra private and protected from downstairs sounds for those who want to sleep in), and it has a better-stocked kitchen than most B&B's. It has the advantage of being close to the highway, which makes outings to other locations during the day convenient. The only glitch was a pilot light out in the fireplace, and it took some time to contact the owner about this, which is understandable, given the holiday season (Thanksgiving). The owners were super helpful in general. We especially appreciated the hot tub being turned on and warm when we arrived. We hope to return some day.

Wonderful Stay

Took my two adult kids here for Thanksgiving. The place is wonderful and was very spacious for us and a dog. The view was incredible, and it was a great location for the quiet, yet close to town access. I highly recommend a stay here.
