Don’t go bad area , dont plan parking

If you’re coming by car avoid this place Thay don’t actually have parking or charging available (it is “fully booked”) area is scary to walk. Breakfast was ran out 40 m befor time Again felt unwanted and not welcoming at any interaction. And neerest parking was 10 m walk Staff was very none welcoming To point of we don’t actually want you to return (We did arive very late) This is such a disappointment after staying in the same hotel in Paris and it was grate. Room is quite and very spacious And the teamed cartons are very nice Kids love it a Q park dosent ofer charging if you don’t have iblinc card (consider using another one

Convenient to Brussels Midi station

We stayed just one night here in a family room. The location of the hotel was convenient to the train station. However, the overall area did not feel super safe in the evening. I believe this hotel may also be more of a hostel based on the community rooms and the number of young travelers staying there. The staff were wonderful and so helpful with our questions. The room we had was very clean and looked like it has been updated recently.

Stayed here for my birthday with my partner and had a wonderful time, lots of room and was accessible for my wheelchair. The shower was a bit broken but it still worked so it was fine. Really lovely helpful staff, great entertainment and facilities, and was walkable into the town centre. Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much!

The hotel is really beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The artwork makes it interesting and fun as well. The facilities are also good. Unfortunately, good gotels like these and the other good ones in the area wil be very much tainted with its rough Neighbourhood. We were always scared to walk at night, people always arguing and shouting along the streets and very, very filthy neighbourhood. Very sad as the distance of the Hotel from the Train station is really very close and the hotel itself and its staff is really good.

When I checked in and entered my room, there was an empty dish from someone else’s meal placed right in front of my door. It was not cleared until the next day. Although I found this unpleasant, overall, the stay was not bad for the price.

The stay was excellent and the staff were superb!! This was our second stay at Yomma and it was wonderful! The location was perfect, close to Midi and tram. The room we stayed in was spectacular and the front of house staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Disappointing stay. Dinner lacked variety and quality, with limited options available. The bathroom sink was blocked, the coffee machine at breakfast was broken, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, with inconsistent temperatures adding to the discomfort.

The staffs and facility are good. Nice spacious family room with separate bunk beds sleeping area for the kids. Beds are comfortable. TV is not as good, unable to connect to Netflix. The area surrounding the hotel is shady and unsafe. Many homeless people. I was almost got pickpocketed when I tried to get on the tram station. My husband was right behind the man and intervened. Even though it’s within walking distance, We decided to take taxi ( arranged by hotel staff) on our way back to midi station to take Eurostar.

The hotel room were great, and perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. The location was only a 15 minute walk to the centre, and there also trams/buses available. The are is ok, but not the cleanest. Would definitely stay here again.
