This is a lovely house which is within a short walk to Broulee Beach. It is super relaxed with a holiday vibe.
Enter into the huge open plan living/dining/kitchen. There are gorgeous comfy lounges, a wood burning fire and lovely dining setting with a kitchen that has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is a study space here if you need to work from home.
This part of the house has 2 bedrooms, a stunning newly renovated bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Walk out the french doors at the back and there is a large undercover patio area with outdoor setting and BBQ.
The outdoor shower is handy for washing down after a day at the beach.
This is where you will find bedroom 3 complete with a brand new ensuite.
This house is perfectly located - within minutes walk to the beaches, the very popular Broulee Brewhouse and the Mossy on the Beach cafe. You will be able to leave the car and completely unwind.
There is wifi provided and also an EV charger for your electric car, and all linen/shampoo and essentials are included.

Great beach house - comfortable, all necessary amenities, new bathrooms (with quality toiletries supplied!)... We felt totally at home. And the location was perfect- could walk to beach, creek, cafe and brewery!

Overall the house was clean and bathrooms have been refurbished, but the house is VERY old and there is a pungent smell of wet wood in it. Not worth the cost. Would not stay there again.

Summer holidays
Nice beach house with smartly renovated bathrooms and kitchen (Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, etc). There’s a big TV with streaming services which was great for movie nights. However bring your own Bluetooth speaker if you want some tunes.
Location is great - one street back from the beach. Beach is unpatrolled but is quite flat and we found it quite safe for swimming. Candlagan creek was popular for those with younger kids and is a lovely place to swim at high tide.
The house has an outdoor shower in the backyard (a must-have for a beach house) but it was a pleasant surprise to discover this one has hot water, which was great to rinse off on the cooler swimming days.
Broulee is a pretty quiet locale so we mostly self-catered, and made good use of the bbq and outdoor table on nice evenings. Pantry is pretty sparse so bring what you need.
The Broulee brewhouse is a short walk away for light meals and amber refreshments.
There’s some exploring to be done around Broulee Island, where we saw a heap of rays in the shallows close to dusk one night.
We enjoyed our summer holidays here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Lovely town. Great location
The setup of the house needs more attention to detail but lots of potential. Fantastic beach town.
A short walk from the beach and a central spot to both the local Mossy Point cafe and the Broulee brewery and local coffee spot. This property is spotless with safe enclosed gardens which was amazing with our little ones and great amenities. We feel very lucky to have stayed here.
