Sea Song Cottage, beautiful Victorian cottage and garden

Sea Song is a thoughtfully refurbished, stylish and cosy two bedroom cottage, built in 1910, suitable for up to 5 people with a large private garden. Located on a quiet, pretty street in the historic town of Broadstairs, it's just an 8 min walk to the station, 15 mins to the sandy beach of Viking Bay and pubs and restaurants are also close by. A bright and calming space with room to relax, dine and enjoy, we wanted to create a home for others to make happy seaside memories!

Beautifully decorated, the open plan space has a lounge with a scandi style sofa bed and dining room with a rustic table and seating for six. Leading onto the galley kitchen with Bosch oven, slimline touch ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The bathroom is located downstairs, with two access doors to a gravel patio, large garden and bike shed.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, the master has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, hair dryer, bedside storage and dressing table/desk. Bedroom two has a large set of bunks, an adult sized single bed, wardrobe, night lights and garden view.

Warm and cosy, there is a combi boiler with constant hot water, double glazing throughout and an extra wall oil rad and blankets in the lounge for those winter months curled up on the sofa.

Fresh linens and towels are provided and for those with small children, there is a travel cot (with mattress), bed guard, high chair, booster seat, black-out blind and kids kitchenware.

There is free parking on the road and the surrounding streets.

We are currently not living in Broadstairs, so unlikely to meet you in person, but feel free to email or text any queries you may have, always happy to help. Our property manager lives nearby however and is available to help as required and we will provide you with their number.
