The check in man on 19th about 10pm was quite grumpy, but the kitchen staff were amazing at breakfast, the noise from classes woke my toddler up after a long flight that wasnt great. I just needed sleep. Found a flea on the windowsill I didn't see any others inside so hope it flew in. Breakfast was really good.

I only stayed one night, after i couldn't find a hotel with car parking nearer to city centre. Actually it worked out really well - lovely, modern hotel with restaurant and gym onsite. I'll be back next time i'm visiting Bristol.

Brilliant in every way except if you need to move a booking then they are extortionate and it’s very arduous So make sure you get the right dates and it’s well worth it or have trip protection

Rooms are very small and beds are not very comfortable. Having the parking is convenient but gets very busy during peak hours as there is an onsite gym also for non hotel guests. Parking and gym are free when staying in the club rooms, additional £5 charge for regular rooms.
