Didn't live up to the expectation

Not a great experience for the money. Location of the room wasn't pleasant and room was dirty stains on furniture dust on the furniture mirror lights etc cobwebs in the room air-conditioning system was noisy. Miller and carter breakfast was disappointing cheap quality products bacon looked boiled staff not friendly dirty cups.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately the bed was very firm and the pillows too soft. We barely slept all night.
