Had a wonderful stay at Hotel X Fortitude Valley. We arrived at 11:30am and were allowed to have an early check-in which was very convenient for us. Top customer service during check in and check out. Great location with many bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Great Brisbane hotel

The staff were amazing - Yasmine & Mira and everyone at the front desk. The breakfast and food at the restaurant and the staff there were amazing also. The hotel is very well crypt and modern and the rooms are pretty modern and fancy too.

Decent city centre hotel, clean, tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing wrong with it at all. Except 1 of the lifts to rooms was not working on a Friday, not great but tbf, didn't make that much difference.
