This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home sleeps 14 w/ 3 king beds, 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds w/ two twin XL trundles, and a queen daybed w/ twin XL trundle located in the office. It features two master suites, two living areas, an incredible kitchen, vaulted ceilings, two large decks, and two balconies where you can enjoy your private area of Blue River and the mountains in the distance. While tucked away in a quiet area of Breckenridge, it's only a 7 minute walk to downtown, or make use of the nearby bus stop to get to the Beaver Run lift, downtown, or the gondola in minutes.
Please note that we have a minimum age and minimum of night requirement to be reserved. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 30 years of age or older. If you reserve for less than 3 nights (April - October) or 4 nights (November - March), you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Also note that we are unable to allow pets/animals in this home under any circumstance.
Enjoy private access to the Blue River, which runs along the back edge of the property. Private fly fishing access with NO LICENSE NEEDED!
The entryway features a closet and benches to stow your gear. With modern mountain decor and wood throughout, it has feel of a true luxury mountain home. The living room features an oversized gas fireplace with stone surround and a large flat screen TV. The massive windows, vaulted ceilings, and modern mountain construction allow for natural light, while a glass door leads you to one of the spacious decks. The main floor guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and granite countertops. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware required to make a gourmet meal away from home and features two sinks, two dishwashers, quartz countertops, a large island with seating for five, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The breakfast nook has seating for two looking over the main deck. The adjacent formal dining room features an eight-person table allowing for large family meals and events.
The first master suite is on the upper floor and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, its own private balcony and designated sitting area. The updated en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity, a high-end walk-in steam shower, an oversized soaking tub, a walk-in closet w/ built-in dresser, and a bidet with heated seat. There is a built-in humidifier for added comfort in the high altitude climate.
There is also an office space on the upper level hidden behind a secret bookshelf door with its own balcony! Work from your home away from home. 27” Mac and printer. Also located in the office for additional sleeping options are a queen daybed with twin XL trundle.
The second master suite is located on the main level and offers a king size bed; gas fireplace; en suite bathroom with steam shower, soaking tub, and bidet with heated seat; walk-in closet with built-in dresser; built-in humidifier, and its own private deck and entrance.
Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The second features two queen-over-queen bunk beds, an oversized bean bag chair, and a designated entrance to the lower level guest bathroom.
The lower level living area features an oversized leather sofa, recliner and jumbo flat screen TV. The table arcade features 60 classic arcade games. There's an Xbox series X, Nintendo Switch, as well as puzzles, and board games. Relax at the bar, featuring a wine fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the bar is a walk-in wine room.
The private laundry room is on the lower level w/ a full-sized washer and dryer and a sink. Laundry detergent is provided. A second washer and dryer is on the second floor. There is also a private heated two car garage w/ Tesla and Charge Point EV charging hookup.
