Great unit, issue with confirming how the heating system worked, but resolved. On departure my wife left her earrings on kitchen counter but were not turned in by the cleaning staff, later I saw them via reviewing some pics I took leaving the unit that showed them laying on the counter, but no response from the property manager..

Ski weekend

This was our second time staying in Los Pinos. It is a great location!!!! Close to snowflake lift and downtown Breckenridge. Exactly what you need for a ski getaway. Everything was clean and cozy. Check in was easy! Thank you!!

Annual ski trip

5 adult skiers. The walk to the Snowflake lift is it to far. Sleeping arrangements were adequate using the sleeper sofa. We would stay again

Great Location, Minor issues

This property was great in location. Nearby 2 chairlifts and a short walk into town. Minor issues with too few dishes...5 plates (one well chipped) for 5 people. We were constantly washing some plates and silverware to even be able to prepare and eat a simple meal.And maybe we missed the fact that the pool was 1/2 mile away?? But a good time was had.

Great location, everything you need

Location awesome! Space is awesome. Would stay there again. Only 2 things I’d recommend to management is to have the TV be able to face the couch fully and not be cut off slightly by the cabinet it’s in as well as the plumbing pipes knock when someone else in the building uses the plumbing, which woke me up a few times. Overall, I’d recommend and would stay there again, especially for the price!

Great location!

Clean and great location! This was priced so well for what it is. Yes it is a little worn, and really hard pillows but other than that everything was great and checkout was a breeze. We stayed here with our 2 young children and it fit us perfectly. We sat at night enjoyed the fireplace and some TV or sat out on the balcony and enjoyed a beer. Just a beautiful area and not even a 5 min drive into town. We will be back for sure, you seriously cannot beat the price. We weren’t able to make it to the hot tub but we did manage to go to the pool which was a short drive up the street. I did receive a gift card for leaving my review no matter what it said-positive or negative.

Odd noise

Nice unit. Good location. Just a weird tapping noise in the wall of one of the bedrooms that kept us awake. Messaged owner with this as well as other questions, but never got any reply.

The site through which I rented the property showed a different condo in its information which caused me to be surprised when I entered the property. However, while the property could use some sprucing up, it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Needs Updating and better management company

The fridge was not working and we were not able to use it. We had to put all our food on our balcony so it wouldn’t spoil, luckily it was winter. You do not have direct access from the garage to the unit and cannot park any type of SUV in the garage. The condo needs updating especially all the appliances. We also found food, trash, etc under the couch and chair in the living the company that manages the condo is horrible. The only person that was descent was Joe the local person who tried to fix the fridge but was unsuccessful.

We were traveling with our youngest son and his girlfriend. Kind of a last hooray before the start college this fall. We had an absolute blast and loved the condo!! We saw a fox off the back balcony which was a real treat!!

Covid Get Away

It was very clean. Texans without air conditioning did great. The kitchen was stocked for cooking! The only low mark would be the miniature coffee pot that did not get or keep coffee hot. Internet was great. Tv in living area and in each bedroom. Breckenridge is doing super with distancing. Bring your mask or you can’t enter any establishment. We were prepared and grateful. Thank you for sharing your property.

Excellent!

The accommodations were just as described... clean, comfortable, and well stocked with immediate amenities. Close to everything including incredible views and downtown Breckenridge. Access to the property was well communicated and easy. Would definitely stay here again.
