This property was just as advertised, worked great for a big family group. It was really nice to be ski in ski out, although it was a bit of a tiring walk to get to the slope in the morning. The second day we actually had our non-skiing family drop us off at the end of the road. The house was in a good condition, the kitchen was well appointed. Everything worked well. Communication with the rental team was seamless. We are very happy with the rental.

Weekend Getaway

This property was great! It’s perfect for large groups of friends or family, a great house for lots of couples. Easy walk to the bus stop for riding into town or up the mountain. I would definitely come back to this property again.

Awesome home in a super quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for all our family. Had moose come through the back yard that amazed our out of state family. And who doesn't love Breckenridge. Highly recommend this place

Perfect for big group

We had 16 adults and two babies stay here for Breck Oktoberfest. It was very spacious and well stocked and close enough to walk to Main St. Would definitely stay here with a large group again!

Great house - don't leave anything behind

This review would have been a five star if not for two precious items left behind that the cleaning people could not or would not admit to finding. My grandson left his two well loved stuffed animals on the large sofa pictured in the ads for this unit. We are absolutely positive they were there. We notified the rental company within two hours and filled out the lost and found form. Cruncher and Ocean, the beloved stuffies were said to never be found. The cleaning fee we paid was several hundred dollars yet we are missing two priceless items. Very disappointing. The house fully met our needs. It was roomy, clean, lots and lots of towels for everyone who enjoyed the hot tub. The house is so spacious we all had privacy and space to spread out. The location was super for hiking and going to town. We had very good response from the rental company when we texted them. I highly recommend the unit, just be sure you don’t leave anything behind.

Impromptu Get away!

We had planned a trip to Lake Tahoe but due to weather, shifted and found this house last minute. It was too good to be true, the entire experience was so great that we are Trying to book for next year! The house is set up perfectly for multiple families and the kids area downstairs keeps the noise far from master suites! Great lay out and so convenient to ski slopes.

Convenient & Open

This property was conveniently located just a few minutes drive to Main Street and Peak 8. Check-In was easy as they sent out instructions prior to your arrival. This spot perfectly housed 16 adults for a 4-day birthday weekend celebration. The house (the bathrooms, kitchen, and decor) definitely could use some updating, there were a million remotes for the tv on the main level (we weren’t able to watch anything until we figured it out on the last day lol), and everyone complained about the mattresses downstairs. Other than that, my stay was a pleasant one.

No running water

The place had no running water for at least 75% of our stay. With 16 people in the house, this was a major inconvenience. We are requesting a refund of the VRBO booking fee as a result of renting this place with major utility issues.

Great spot on the mountain

This was a wonderful spot for our team for a weekend training camp. The space absorbed our group well, and had everything we needed. Super convenient location to the mountain and trails. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Rustic Lodge

This was a lovely home in a wooded area. This home was a perfect home for our large get together. It is a quick drive to downtown. We would highly recommend this property.

Place was nice but could use some updating. The ice maker in the fridge and the bar downstairs never worked. One room had no fan and was hot at night. Other than that it was a great stay!
