We paid for the resort fee but the restaurant wasn't even open. Also the $55 vallet fee when we were off peak seemed excessive especially when we didn't know we had to pay that on top of everything else. The magazine said when we walked in we would be welcomed with a cocktail but of course that didn't happen either. It was super expensive for what we received.

The staff was EXTRAORDINARY and so accommodating! The rooms are beautiful, and the entire property is gorgeous. The bar serves yummy drinks and the restaurant has some unique and delicious plates! The robes in the rooms & the standalone deep bathtub were my absolute fav though. We’ll be back! 10/10 recommend!!!

Weren’t told of construction or $55 a night parking ahead of time - had no other choice but to park a half mile away and walk up the hill - I have trouble walking and use a cane. . Given a room with dirt outside of window -no view. Too modern with Europe style amenities. Coffee pot made a tea size cup - no microwave in room without asking. On the plus side - Staff were very nice.

My second night was not what I was expecting, the night custumer service it’a definitely something that need to be change , day staff are really Nice nothing compare with night. I ask for 2 trash bags never arrived,I ask to change sheets for my second day and give me extra towels and they didn’t do it, house keeping didn’t clean the shower either, and we got a deluxe room and it was not what I was expecting as well. When we were leaving our check out time was 11 and housekeeping start nocking and opening at 9:50am, since That 3 people show to nock again until I call the front desk. At last, we had a fire alarm at 1:45am it Was so cold and nobody said anything of What was happening until I had to walk around the building to get into the front desk, when I arrive nobody was there, until I call and they said I could go back to my room, definitely not a great communication. Definitely it’s a great place, really nice, beautiful and big, and we were celebrating my fiancés birthday which we try so hard to stay positive.

Where do I start…. Well I guess I will start that I almost never take the time to leave a bad review, but I hope the owners read this and take the feedback. Pro - room was clean and large Cons - fire alarm went off at 2am. Stood out in the cold in bare feet with my family of 4 for an hour with nothing from the hotel…. Had to call the front desk to be let back in. Despite the hotel being virtually empty, we were put in the very back of the hotel, which was a 15 minute maze to walk through. Two different elevators to get to the room. After all that way, we were greeted to a lovely view of the side of a building with all the loud air conditioners on it. Room was hot as heck, thermostat would only go down to 68. We were forced to valet our car for $55 dollars, despite the entire parking garage being empty and right there. Hotel staff seemed new like they didn’t have a clue. Eg we were told to go up the wrong elevator, which had us take three elevators to get to our room. We were also chuckled at when we arrived because we didn’t walk right up to the front desk to Iget help…. The employees were talking to one another so it was unclear if they were “ready” for us. There is more, but I’ll leave it here for now. The sad thing is, it has potential to be a nice experience and hotel, but it was just not a good experience.
