5/5 for the price, comfort, and location. It's cozy (a tight fit in the kitchen and the shower, but plenty of space in the sleeping/ living areas). There's a free bus to town if you're going to be here all day, since parking in the city is very limited. We were able to find plenty of good hiking nearby. The kitchen table was just big enough for my work set-up with two monitors, the wifi worked well, and it was quiet enough to work during the day. The owners will send you a lot of messages after you make the reservation. You'll want to save a couple of them, especially the one with the gate codes. You'll also want to take their advice about bringing a sheet or blanket for your dog. There are two couches, which catch ambient dog hair like glue. Even just from my dog laying on the floor by the couch, they both picked up a lot of hard-to-remove hair. I wished I'd had something to cover the couches with, because that would've been easier. (They will tell you that you're responsible for dog hair.) There's trash and recycling not too far of a walk away, or you can pull your car up to it. If you're bringing kids or sharing with others: there's one main bedroom, then an overhead loft with a mattress. There's also one of those kids chairs that unfolds into a small mattress. I think the couch was a fold out, too, but I didn't check. That's a lot of sleeping space for the rate we got.
