What a view I had from my window! Back in the US, I would not get a hotel room overlooking the White House. But here in Bratislava, the Presidential Palace was just across the way. (Of course, the view would have been worthless had there been any shortcomings in service or amenities. But there weren’t. All was comfortable, luxurious, etc.) A delightful stay!

I liked the property, room was in “sink” with the price, nothing to complain here… The parking story is ugly. The receptionist asked for an insane price, then after my questioning they reduced to about 70% of the initial price. I selected the hotel based on parking so I paid. Only to discover that there is no parking available…After my questioning they found a spot…It is a long story and is not nice. Bottom line: they are trying to rip off their clients, and this is not acceptable!

had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist, Richard. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate me by arranging a room right away. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On top of that, Richard gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, which made my stay even better. His great customer service set the tone for a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!
