Sweet hotel in a great location if you are not driving a car. No parking and had to park very far away and drag luggage. But if no car it’s perfect!

While the location right in the center of the town square is unbeatable, there was a downside to it. It was SOOOO loud! We were in a room on the second floor that was insanely hot, and it was mid-November! It was so hot that we had to sleep with the window open and were still warm. And at 6am they started setting up for the day and were dragging metal across the concrete right under our window and were yelling at one another. Then right at 7am the church bells starting ringing. It was so loud it was almost comical with the bells, the yelling, the scraping. I half-expected a marching band to come through. Needless to say, we didn't get a good night's sleep. The rooms are very old with furniture that is 50+ years old. That wasn't a huge deal but it certainly didn't add to the experience.

Be aware there are stairs that are a bit challenging. Also the Wi-Fi did not reach our room, so we had to walk to a common area to use it.

Great location to the main square. With some rooms having views of the square and the Brasov mountain sign. Parking is definitely not convenient or near by. But that's not an exception for this hotel. Would stay here again.

We loved the location of this homey hotel on the main square of Old Town Brasov with cordial staff. It's a great base for exploring the main tourist attractions in the city. The hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner, and breakfast is well presented. Would definitley stay here again.

This hotel is great value and is right on the main square even though our room was nice and quiet. Wagners Loft Restaurant is attached and does good Romanian food and also supplies your breakfasts which are included.

Good enough.

Nice looking room, air con was strong, but not in the downstairs area, the bed area was very stuffy. No curtains on several of the small windows had no curtains (not overlooked) but let in lots of light. Bed was a bit creaky, but you’d expect that with an old place like this. Generally good and I’d stay again. Shower door was broken and the cleaner had left half a drunk can of coke on the side when we arrived. Good choice in the mini bar. Excellent location in a lush place.
