Loved the Piccadilly Room! The rooms were decorated Old English style. Loved it!!! We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in a different one! Everything was beautifully decorated for Christmas!!! Being able to just walked downstairs and eat lunch/dinner at Downing Pour House was a plus!

Easily the worst experience I’ve had traveling in my 48 years of life. Front desk staff was incredibly rude. We found out after driving 5 and 1/2 hours that because we had a 4 year old child with us, we could not stay. Nowhere is this mentioned on their site. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I’d highly discourage staying here based on my experience alone

Room was cozy and warm, old country charm, staff was alittle old lady very friendly and polite. The down fall was the restaurant special burnt ends and scallops steak had to much gristle and scallops weren’t done should have had a burger but other than that stay was pleasant.

Cute hotel with a lot of character. The room was tiny, just enough room for a full-size bed and a desk chair by a wall-mounted desk. Food in the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. Close to Branson Landing. Friendly staff.
