Beautiful location, 4th floor was a marginal location. Expected more for what we paid for the rooms. 10th floor or better.

Not what we expected

The amenities we expected weren’t there. The hot tub was down and out of service, no game room for kids, indoor pool was under maintenance and in our room there were issues with the toilet in our room and other problems such as cold food served from downstairs cafe. It just wasn’t what we usually see from this hotel.

The property is nice. It is a little odor, but it is clean. The staff was friendly. My biggest complaint is you have to pay to park in their parking lot when you book a room. You have to scan a QR code and pay $17. You would think for the amount of money the room cost per night. You would not have to pay for parking at a hotel. You can stay at 20 other hotels in Branson and not have to pay for parking.

This is our second time staying here and the first time the walls were gross with mold on the ceiling and the bedding had stains. The carpet was disgusting it stunk. We stayed a second time and the window covered in spiderwebs, bathroom tub hadn’t been properly cleaned, the walls again were gross, the carpet had stains and very obviously dirty. The staff was okay and the food was mid.

Great facility with a fantastic view of the lake. The rooms are somewhat dated. They need a refresh with walk in showers, larger tv’s etc. Only had 1 EV charger 14-50 plug that was never available. Garage was somewhat cluttered with the fireproofing falling all over the place & on your car. EV plugs or chargers are only a few hundred dollars that could set a top tier resort apart.

Get rid of the bird

Arrived late with check-in around 1:30am after getting off work from an 18 hour day. Drove around for 15 minutes and couldn’t find a parking spot. Went to the counter to check in and host informed me that I had to pay to park anywhere on the property parking garage or outside. After paying $538 for a room and then being charged extra for garage parking because there was nothing left outside, I was not happy to say the least. Finally made it to my room after getting lost of the parking garage elevator/convention center, showered and went to sleep around 2:30. Was woken up at 6:30 to a bird chirping every 5-10 seconds. This continued until I left around 11:30am and I was not able to get back to sleep. I could hear the sound of footsteps down the hallway every time someone walked by. If you’re looking to get a good nights rest, I do not recommend staying here. *I tried to include the video of the bird chirping, but it would only allow photos.

The room was 53 degrees when we arrived and never reached over 60 degrees. We called the front desk to let them know it was too cold and they said turn the thermostat to 75 and then off. This did not change the situation. We also asked them to not turn the air on the next day and they did.

Beatiful on Table Rok Lake;

This is a Beautiful Place inside and outside and you are met at the front door with Friendly Doormen interested in your Stay; This is a Full Service Hotel and there are people and services everywhere; The only negative was it was Freezing inside and many guests and even Workers felt so; With a cool down the next day they could have turned off the Air Conditioning and it would have still been Freezing for a Week; Do a Servey of Guests and depend on them to say how warm or cold it should be; Not Management deciding in a Bubble; Otherwise Awesome and wonderful Teamwork there;

The property and staff are all fine. The pictures do it justice, it does have an older 60s/70s fancy vibe. What I don't like is charging me $17 a night to park in a surface lot. That's nickel and diming and the reason I won't be back. The water pressure in the sinks is barely there, shower was fine however. Worst was the air conditioner coming on loud and hard, like an old car starting. That's not exaggerating, it was very hard to hear that over and over all night. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
