The house inside was great, cleanness was good except for the pool area needed a bit cleaning from previous renters. The neighborhood was not so good but not so bad.

Great family home with amazing pool

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The pool and spa were amazing for the whole family. The house was well stocked and conveniently located to everything we needed to do in Bradenton and Sarasota. The house is an old working-class neighborhood where some homes are nicer than others, but we never felt unsafe. I was able to run and walk in the mornings with no issues. Peter was a wonderful host - great communication and very accommodating. We would stay again!

Finding an apartment for our daughter

This is was perfect spot for our trip to find an apartment for our daughter who is relocating to the area. It was central to both downtown Bradenton and the Lakewood Ranch area where she hoped to find an apartment. Peter has provided for all your needs with thoughtful items like k-cups for the Keurig and other coffee supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies plenty of towels and even floaties for the pool. My personal favorites were the ceiling fans and the hand held shower wand in the master shower. And of course, the pool was an amazing place to unwind after a stressful day of decision making. Thank you Peter, we would stay here again if the occasion presents itself.

We stayed on a girls trip. The house was exactly what we were wanting. Everything was clean and organized. We did have a few questions about pool and hot tub temperatures and late checkout, but it did not hamper our trip at all.
