Our vacation home is a beautiful sanctuary for families looking for a relaxing getaway to Bradenton & Anna Maria. Merely 6 miles from Anna Maria and with 1924+ square footage, there is plenty of space to spread out and is perfect for 2-3 families. After spending the day on the beach, return to a backyard paradise: relax in the pool, gather and dine together.

Our home is close to everything- beach, golf, and world renown IMG sports academy- all within 10-15 minutes drive from the house. Holmes Beach and Manatee Public Beach are both 5 miles from the property. We are walking distance to Palma Sola Bay fishing pier and 2 neighborhood parks. Guests can easily walk to Portosueno Park and Palma Sola Point to see manatees hanging out in the waters and watch sunrise and sunset. Robinson Preserve and Desoto National Memorial are both only 3 miles away, great for afternoon kayaking and biking.

Our ideal guests are families with children. If only adults are staying, we accept a max of 8 adults and all guests must be over age 25 years old.

Furry Friends:
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

KINDLY NOTE

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
