I know there are a number of great reviews for this home, but I’m wondering if they were done soon after the home was purchased because right now it needs a whole lot of TLC. It appears all the photos were taken when Jay bought the home and it was in better condition. The window in the family room is now boarded up. There are so many awful scratches on the fireplace, I can’t imagine who did that but it looks awful. The lanai has screens that are ripped and they blow when it’s windy. The grounds around the lanai are in just awful condition. Nothing like the photos . One remote control was missing for one of the bedrooms, and it controls the fan in the room. The pots and pans were very scratched. When we arrived, there was residual coffee in the bottom of a coffee cup, and lipstick stain on a glass so we washed everything before we used them. There are two vanities in the bathroom. One had water just trickling out of it. Jay responded immediately and called the Handyman. He proceeded to remove the aerator on the faucet which then resulted in water splashing everywhere. It was a mess. I’m sure he must’ve told Jay about that when he left but that was hardly a fix. The pool is leaking lots of water.The heat is set to 85 but when it gets cold at night, it doesn’t get back to 85 easily so we were not able to use it. It did get cold while we were there. Jay was very responsive but the home needs TLC. I also felt like the bedspread and shams in master needed a really good washing.
