With a private heated pool, peaceful waterfront setting, and room for up to 8 guests, this is the perfect destination for families and friends looking to enjoy Florida's Gulf Coast.

The Space

The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, creating a welcoming space ...to gather after a day at the beach. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A spacious dining area and laundry room provide added convenience during your stay.

Private Outdoor Oasis

Step through the patio doors to enjoy your screened-in heated pool and outdoor living area. Relax poolside, dine outdoors at the large table, or grill your favorite meals on the gas grill. In the evenings, string lights surrounding the pool enclosure create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The backyard overlooks a quiet waterway that adds to the home's peaceful ambiance. Kids can enjoy fishing from the bank, and adventurous guests may wish to explore the winding canal by paddleboard using the convenient shell launch area.

Small but good for small group

The pool area was beautiful. The house was adequate except for the Palmetto bugs that we found multiple times inside the house. We stay in homes every year but they never get inside the house. We weren’t thrilled about that. WiFi worked well for us. The beds were comfortable.

Very nice overall. Lot of new bonuses inside. Upgraded ceiling fans, more pool furniture than the pictures show, tile floors, and new appliances. Great pool area that is well maintained. Interior of the home is very neat and clean. More spacious than I anticipated. Kitchen is really nice with all the conveniences. All utensils, pots, pans, and spices you need. There is a blender, microwave, and both types of coffee makers. (Drip and Keurig). Convenient to everything. Robinson Preserve is only 2 miles away. (Biking, walking, fishing, and kids space.)Expect long waits to get onto Anna Maria on weekends and holidays. Only drawbacks I can express were contact with the rental agency (if needed) was a little complicated and even though the master bath has a shower now, it is a little narrow. I’m 5 ft 11 in and 220 lbs and it was tight for me. Not a problem if you use the other bath. Can’t access the garage, which would be nice. Overall, great location and a nice, clean home.
