Property was clean and accomodated our family. The biggest negative on the property is the fact the thermostat is locked out and set at 73 degrees. During our stay the temperatures dropped down into the 40's at night. The only thing worse than waking up to the 40's in Florida, is having a cold house and not having the ability to warm it up since the thermostat is locked out. A thermostat with a temperature range of a few degrees would greatly enhance the stay. Orherwise I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay.

Wonderful home! Great size, everything was in terrific condition and the outdoor space was perfect. We had all the amenities we needed and loved our stay. The host was incredibly helpful before and during the stay. We will be back!

Amanda was an excellent host and her home is beautiful. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and is extremely conveniently located. Amanda was extremely responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as nice as possible. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood

The property was just as listed with all the details to make a vacation feel like home. Close to the beaches, stores and everything in between. The beds were firm and pool was perfect with kiddos. I would recommend this to any family with children!

Amazing vacation. Our house was very much apart of that. Clean, located in a nice neighborhood, the amenities & that pool! Our host was great communicating with us & very quick responding to messages! Everyone was very please with our stay. The beach chairs, umbrella & toys all a bonus! Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at your place. It was a family vacation so we had our children and two grandchildren. The location was good and close to AMI. Appreciated all the beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, toys and especially the wagon! Thank you for all of that. Also having the high chair and pack n play available was so helpful. This place is truely set up for a family vacation.The neighborhood was nice and safe as we enjoyed walks to see the sunset and the manatees in the bay. My only complaint is that i felt the house could have been a little better stocked with supplies, kitchen and cleaning. But overall we had a wonderful time. Thank you

Perfect Spot

I used this property for a business trip so I didn't get to enjoy all of the luxuries as much as I'd want to, but it was perfectly located and had everything I needed. Super clean, bedrooms were great and spacious. The pool is a big bonus - very relaxing! I would recommend this property to those looking to stay with their families or with friends. It's conveniently located to the beach with a short 10 minute drive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Getaway during Soccer Showcase

We are 3 moms traveling with our teen daughters to a soccer showcase in Lakeland Park. We were able to get to Manatee Beach (beautiful beach and the host provides beach chairs and other beach supplies! So great!) during our downtime and the house was perfect! Huge kitchen, well equipped for everything we needed. Pool was AWESOME! We had so much fun! The house was generously sized for 7 women. The host was responsive and very accomodating. I HIGHLY recommend this home - it was really perfect!

Great House

Great House. Just as advertised. We went with total of 10people (6 children) and everyone was happy. Pool was great and heated every day, house was clean, host very responsive. Short drive to Anna Maria Island couldnt be happier.

Perfect Place

Questions were answered immediately. House was very clean and welcoming. Everyone had plenty of space, the layout was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary equipment. Perfect location for our event. Look forward to staying here again in the futiure.

Family vacation March 2023

We enjoyed our time at The Palm. The home was very clean and accommodating for our large family. The kids loved the pool as well. The outdoor space was great for sitting out each night. Short drive to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. I’d recommend staying at this home, we loved our stay.
