The balcony door was off the track and didn’t close properly, was not told at check-in that the room wouldn’t be cleaned every day. The TV didn’t let us get the local Scripps TV channel to watch the local hockey game. Asked for late checkout and got locked out of the room anyway. Really frustrating when you need to get to the airport.

Hotel Under renovation made it inconvenient to enter and lug bags. We should have been told this at booking time. No microwave in the room! Unheard of! No complimentary breakfast but even the paid breakfast opens way too late at 7am. No body lotions or other toiletries
