Weekend Stay for Wedding
Overall the place was nice, clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect for us with food, attractions and everything we needed close. Not sure it was the best neighborhood, but we weren't there long. We were arriving earlier than expected and requested early access via the App and phone number provided. However, they took over an hour to respond and said the house would only be available 15 minutes earlier than the posted check in time. That was surprising and a bit frustrating but I understood I was asking just a few hours in advance. However, when we did arrive (15 minutes earlier than the noted check in) the code to the door didn't work. We were unable to access the house and drop off our items before heading to our reservation. Thankfully we were given 3 codes to try and upon our return that evening one did work, but when I tried to reach them at check in there was no response.The light switches didn't make any sense and many didn't work. There was also not enough hot water for more than 1 or 2 people to shower in the morning which made it difficult as the house holds 6 people.
