Your vacation rental, open to all, includes: On the ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility: A spacious 61 m² living room-kitchen, one bedroom (1 queen-size bed), a large bathroom with shower, sink, and laundry room, and a toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) and two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a toilet with a washbasin. Outside: 32 m² terrace on stilts, 140 m² private lawned garden. Detached house, certified Tourism and Disability, on a 1.5-hectare property where the owners also reside. Parking space under the covered courtyard adjoining the cottage. Enclosed bicycle shelter under the shed and dedicated maintenance area. For your horses: stables are available: two 16 m² boxes each with rubber paving and a 1-hectare paddock. A pétanque court, Breton palets, boules, swings, bicycles, and scooters are available. Cleaning services are available during your stay at an additional cost (contact the owner).
