Room was not available upon arrival. Stated they did not have a reservation from me. Since it was through 3rd party they were making it difficult to find me a room. Then they did get me a room. After I got to the 3rd floor with all my stuff they called me and told me they had a different room for me so then I had to pick up all my stuff again and go back down to the first floor. After I got the room key and went to the new room the key would not work. I had to call the front desk again. They had to come open it with a key because they could not get the room key to work. They said they would have someone come fix it in the morning but no one ever came and I had to go to work. Still not fixed at end of day. They guess no one relayed the message. They had to find a new room for me again!! They said they were upgrading my room to a Jacuzzi room. I told them I don't need that. I'm just there to sleep and work. They never once offered me money off my stay. That would have been beneficial. Not a hot tub!! There were also several other issues but I'm not trying to write a book. Staff is rude, and unhelpful. The owner is a joke! I now will be calling corporate!
