to the room, the air conditioning was on remind you. It’s like 10° outside. It was 40° in the room so freezing and then I turned the heat on and went to sleep when I woke up this morning. The room hadn’t heated up past 66° so it was still very cold in the room. This is Illinois. There’s no reason that after they turned down a room, they shouldn’t be turning the heat on so that it can be a moderate temperature in the room for the next guest. I woke up this morning to take a shower at about 830. I let the water run for about 10-15 minutes It never got hot. I allowed it to run for an additional 20 to 30 minutes. It still never got hot. I called down to the front desk, they came and did an adjustment to the tap and then they told me that I could not shower for another hour because other people were showering right now and the water wouldn’t be hot until they were done which meant I couldn’t shower until 1030 check out was at 11. It didn’t allow me enough time to get myself fully together. This was a terrible stay. Also there were no washcloths only hand towels and bath towels in the room luckily, I brought my own washcloths

No microwave, but there is a fridge. A bit of a small room, weak water pressure. Very noisy, but definitely a damn good sleep. Lots of things to do, would love to come back just to stay at this hotel for a week.

The staff was very courteous. They even allowed us to check in early. The only issue we had was addressed immediately by the manager and she was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I have would be the room was a little smaller than I expected but other than that it was wonderful.

Room was horrible people hanging out seem to be partying all over barely any breakfast if able to get it at all seem like residents were taking it all basic cable no pool access to pull it outside the office area is in the lobby which is a cold walk and you're constantly looking around the corner to see if you're going to get jumped felt unsafe there's no women cold walk to the office all outside access place needs to worry about staying customers as much as it worries about gaming parlor and alcohol

I loved the person who checked me in She had Colorful hair and a sparkling fun attitude I was there to spend a cpl nights as I was getting married and chose here to stay for the budget. The beds were stiff and very firm but my New Husband loced them i on the other hand didnt but was verry happy with the clean room hot showers and kind friendly staff... the lady that checked me in was Stephanie i think i lost the paper with her name on it but she was amazing !! Will recommend

Room was not available upon arrival. Stated they did not have a reservation from me. Since it was through 3rd party they were making it difficult to find me a room. Then they did get me a room. After I got to the 3rd floor with all my stuff they called me and told me they had a different room for me so then I had to pick up all my stuff again and go back down to the first floor. After I got the room key and went to the new room the key would not work. I had to call the front desk again. They had to come open it with a key because they could not get the room key to work. They said they would have someone come fix it in the morning but no one ever came and I had to go to work. Still not fixed at end of day. They guess no one relayed the message. They had to find a new room for me again!! They said they were upgrading my room to a Jacuzzi room. I told them I don't need that. I'm just there to sleep and work. They never once offered me money off my stay. That would have been beneficial. Not a hot tub!! There were also several other issues but I'm not trying to write a book. Staff is rude, and unhelpful. The owner is a joke! I now will be calling corporate!
