Our reservation was for May 17 to 18. We drove for 20 hours and was trying to check in at 4pm. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm and was told they did not have a room for us. The front desk staff were kind and engaged. The suite was clean and fully equipped with some exceptions. There was no telephone in the room. The HVAC alternated between giving desired warm air and blasts of cold air. The television could not be operated by the remote. Most of the time, the tv screen remained frozen with no channels available at all. Finally, there was no evidence of housekeeping visiting during my five-day stay.

There are a lot of sketchy people hanging around this place. The parking lot at night is filled with groups who obviously know each other and they are loud and boisterous. Dogs -- unattended dogs are in many rooms and they bark at every footstep or noise.
