The service of the room was shockingly poor. The first night our room was not serviced until almost 5PM. The second night after asking for the room to be cleaned, they left the remains of room service food in the room, with the trash cans also full. We had to ask if we needed to clear the trash ourselves. Any other hotel, I would not have been surprised. But a hotel at this caliber? I was disappointed to say the least.
