The unit is in a convenient location, has an excellent layout to accommodate a small gathering, and was very updated.The heirloom staff was excellent in accommodating requests and providing amenity information.Everyone in my party was extremely pleased with my selection.

Apt was awesome! Only issue was the lack of drying in the dryer, but overall great! The neighborhood looked sketchy driving in at night, but by the light of day, a totally different vibe! Joggers, fams out for walks and super close to the T, which was ideal! Great bakeries near by! The 77 inch TV was great for movie night! Host was a phone call away and incredibly helpful!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. We were here for a wedding in Boston. The home was well stocked and very clean. There is a street near the home that is up and coming so it looks a little rough, but we never felt like it was unsafe. It was nice being so close to good food and the Harvard Arboretum. We would definitely stay again.

Unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the open kitchen/family room area.The beds and linens were inviting and comfy. Plenty of storage space to hang/store clothes. We all slept very well.The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the subway and local stores.Property management was extremely responsive to all my questions and were very helpful.I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a great property. You can’t beat the number of beds and bedrooms, plus having two bathrooms was perfect for our group of five. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The door code and Wi-Fi we were given didn’t work initially, but we figured it out. It’s definitely a city neighborhood, so you’ll hear normal city noise, and traffic made getting places take a bit longer. I wouldn’t walk around alone at night, but the morning walk to a nearby coffee shop was great. We used Ubers to get everywhere and that worked well. You won’t find this kind of layout and space closer to the city without spending a lot more, so overall, great value.

Our stay here was great. We had a couple of questions about parking, if we could put our luggage in early, and the host was very quick with answering all those question. The apartment was spacious with the beds being very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for all of this. The unit is about a four or five block from the train station, which made it very convenient to get into town and not have to worry about driving a car and parking in the city.

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need. A little noisy, but the host has a white noise machine in every bedroom. That was a game changer. Neighborhood might be a little off-putting to some. Be prepared to spend 20-30 minutes in an uber to get downtown.

Comfortable and convenient

The apartment had comfortable living room seating and the beds were amazing. The location was close to the T, the Franklin Park Zoo, and walkable to a great bakery for breakfasts.

Summer in Boston

We came in town for a short stay, a mix of site seeing and appointments at the Children’s Hospital. The location was perfect for both easy access to the train and driving in and out of the city. Enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well appointed and the off street parking was an added bonus.

Came with family age range from 11 to 80. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Close to the T made getting around easy. Space was super clean and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for a Group of 11!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Jamaica Plain. The house was the perfect size for our group of 11, offering plenty of space to relax, recharge, and reconnect. The beds were all very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals throughout the week.The real highlight, though, was the dining table; it truly became the heart of the home. Being able to gather all 11 of us around one table for meals and conversation was something special, and a rare find in a rental!The location was also incredibly convenient. Having the Green Street T stop just a short walk away made getting into Boston easy and stress-free. We also discovered the Samuel Adams Brewery was within walking distance; a fun bonus for our group!A couple of small suggestions for the owner:1.The dryer vent cover seems to need replacement—the cover fell out a few times, and the prongs appear bent.2.The hallway bathroom faucet has a continuous drip, which might be worth fixing to conserve water.Overall, this home was a great fit for our group, and we appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we’ll absolutely keep this property in mind for our next trip to Boston!

Graduation affair

We had a law school graduation and many family members wanted to be there for the celebration. This place accommodated 12 of us with ease. Easy to get to and parking was a nice extra. This area of Boston keeps getting better and better. Being able to cook or spread out food on the large dining table for all to sit around was perfect

Great Stay for Family visit!

We came to Boston to see our new grandson, and have some quality time with family who live 5 minutes from there. The area was very walkable, close to Third Cliff, our favorite bakery and coffee shop. Also close to Brassica, another family favorite. We cooked in the ample kitchen for comfortable family dinners, and the beds were soft and lovely for a great nights sleep!Stay Heirloom were very quick to answer any questions and were helpful if we needed anything. I look forward to staying again!

Fantastic Location for Boston Marathon

We had a lot of family in for the Boston Marathon. The house worked out well for that, good location a short walk from the T. Also worked out well for hosting Easter with a nice kitchen. It's a short walk to the Whole Foods, Jamaica Pond, and Franklin Park. We were able to drive downtown, to Brighton, to Brookline, and to Newton without too much difficulty.Host was very responsive. One issue was the description of how to get into the unit wasn't correct; it talked about the third floor when the unit was on the second floor. But not a big deal.

Boston getaway

It was a great stay and very close by the train station to get to the city and explore. We had a great time eating locally, searching places like the aquarium, and ultimately a comforting place to relax.
