No fire alarm and almost a year of expired product
am not happy at all with my stay. I'm actually extremely upset that I wasted $114.60 plus another $14
So my first complaint is - the room I was in. 234 - had no smoke detectors in it. Now in the state of Massachusetts - It's the law to actually have both a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector in each and every room. And if there's not one it is to be reported to the fire department and the building code inspectors. And if a room does not in fact have those items it should not be available to the public It should be locked and closed in the fact that it's not is outrageous.like what if there was a fire?
Now my other complaint is there are two vending machines One is four drinks and the other one is for snacks every single item I got was expired
I got a can of yoo-hoo - expired February 2nd 2023 I have pictures of everything
I got 2 bags of pretzels - those were expired in August of 2023
Smart food popcorn was also expired
And then I went down to the vending machine cuz I wanted to see if there was anything else that you could physically see and unfortunately that I didn't take a photo but there was pretzels in there that were expired in October.
