I was turned by having to purchase bottled water! For what you pay to stay at a hotel, the least they could give you is a daily bottle of water. 2nd, when I returned to my room at the end of the day, there was no turn down service. The used towels were left on the floor! Again, turndown service is mandatory unless the guest refuse. That is non negotiable.
