We rented this house for a family gathering. The setup worked out very well for us! The upstairs had its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms. This accommodated one family including an infant. Downstairs was a common gathering space with a large island that also worked as a dining space where we cooked a meal together. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs worked well for the rest of the adults. Thoughtful extras included a portacrib and high chair. We also appreciated the water filters in each refrigerator and the stainless steel cookware! The neighborhood was quiet, yet within walking distance of many restaurants and shops although we did make a bit of a drive initially to Whole Foods.
