I was in Boston for work and this was my first time staying in this specific AC. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff greeted everyone with warmth and a smile. The lobby was clean, and although I didnt eat there, food and a full bar were available...convenient! The room was very clean and quiet. I had enough room for all my clothes but if I were staying longer, hanging clothes might have been an issue. Same with lack of drawers. That would be my only suggestion, everything else was excellent! I will definitely utilize this hotel for future work trips!

We stayed in a double queen room—it was surprisingly spacious, much bigger than similar rooms you'd find downtown. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was super friendly, giving us lots of great tips. The location is great, especially if you like running or walking—it's right next to Alewife Reservation. We drove into Boston, and the $30/day parking fee here was definitely more affordable than most places. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the Red Line, which was totally doable.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement” I stayed at [Hotel Name] in Cambridge for a couple of nights during a short business trip. Overall, the experience was adequate, though not particularly memorable. Location: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and several colleges, which made exploring Cambridge easy. Public transport links are also close by, which is a plus. Room: The room was clean and functional, though a bit dated in décor. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, but the pillows were too soft for my preference. Noise insulation could be improved, as I could hear hallway traffic and doors closing from other rooms. Service: Staff were polite and helpful, though the service felt a bit impersonal at times. Check-in and check-out were smooth, but I had to follow up twice to get extra towels delivered to my room. Amenities: Basic amenities were provided, including free Wi-Fi, a kettle with tea and coffee, and a small flat-screen TV. There is an on-site restaurant, but the breakfast buffet was fairly average—nothing special, but it did the job. Prompt attention to problem!

Was there for four nites-on the fourth nite there was a new person in the room next door-tv was loud starting at 8 PM-we had our tv on-shut it off about 9:20-went to bed about 10:00 PM-tv was still loud-tried to call front desk couple of times but no answer-got dressed & went down to desk-told girl I didn’t want to complain at end of my stay but told her of problem-she said she would call the room-I got back to room & all was quiet-when I checked out next morn I told the young man what happened & how the problem was taken care of right away-he apologized though it wasn’t hotel’s fault-I appreciated it was addressed so quickly to end our trip on a good note & we were rested for the travel day home.
