All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning, allowing you to cool or heat the property as needed for optimal well-being in any season.
You will enjoy a sumptuous 28 m² master suite with a private bathroom and toilet, as well as two large bedrooms sharing a shower room and a separate toilet.
The fully equipped 30 m² living room and kitchen open onto a terrace, ideal for relaxing.
All the windows in the house have roller shutters and mosquito screens for your comfort.
The house offers ultra-fast fiber internet, making it possible to work remotely if needed.

We are currently making several major improvements to make your future experience even more exceptional.
We are installing an electric gate to secure and facilitate access to the property, as well as a charging station for vehicles.
These works will be completed by the end of September.

Please also note: we share the property with our two adorable dogs—a Cavalier King Charles and a Samoyed. They are very affectionate, used to visitors, and do not have access to the private area reserved for guests, but we prefer to inform our guests in advance.
